Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used beauty and personal-care products are generally not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
